Color vibrates from this carved sign like reverberating visual chords. The simplicity of the sign face focuses the eye on the delicious compact chaos of colors at the sign's center. On closer inspection, one can see that it is organized chaos and is really a representation of four musicians playing jazz instruments. This marvel is hand sculpted and painted. The text is carved into the sign face and gilded with 23-karat gold leaf while the hand carved groove around the sign's perimeter brings unity to the design.
