Villaggio Primavera Sign Letters

These individually mounted sign letters represent a great choice in architectural signage. Each sign letter is three feet high so the sign can be read from a great distance. Sign letters are less expensive than a regular sign panel because you dont have to pay for all the square footage of sign face around the words. Each of these custom sign letters was made of two separate pieces. To begin the process, a letter was cut from a piece of HDU, hand sculpted and sanded smooth. Then the letter was gilded with genuine 23-karat gold leaf. For the black outline, the same letter, only larger was cut from rigid PVC, chamfered and painted with black exterior latex. The gilded foam letter was then affixed to the PVC backing with nails and glue. These building sign letters were mounted on steel pins inserted into the PVC backing and glued into predrilled holes in the side of the building. The sign letters are part of an extensive resort sign system that we produced for Villagio Primavera.
